Terencia Antoine

Managing Director

Our Creative Director and wedding Planner Terencia Antoine is professional, well-organized and meticulous in her approach to planning. Terencia began her career as a waitress and person responsible for organizing and setting up weddings and events at a renowned resort. She then moved to the Sales and Marketing Department where she became the Wedding Planner. There she gained her event planning and organizational experience organizing weddings, corporate and social events. Her extensive experience, unequivocal love and dedication for her work did not stop there. With her Cambridge College education she gained a wealth of knowledge in Events Management; Strategic planning, operational and logistical procedures in running smooth weddings and events.

 

Terencia have plan and coordinated over hundreds of weddings and events and work with clients across the globe to create special signature events that are a true reflection of them. It was then she realized she has much more to offer clients and no longer wanted to be restricted by the help she was allowed to offer working at the resort…with this in mind she form her own firm On-Point Events realizing her dream to act as an independent weddings and Events Planner.

 

But beyond the self satisfaction of a wedding or event done well and seeing the culmination of a dream come to life; one of my proudest moments is at the end of the evening I see your face light up and you give me a big hug with a glass of champagne in your hand on the dance floor and whisper in my ear “This was the best day of my life ever or thank you soo much job well done” I hobble away and wink at my team with a thumbs up “We make it Happen”.
