Why do I need an event planner?

 

It cost less: A professional event planner will have a working relationship with suppliers and venue owners so can get discounts and special pricing that isn’t available to the general public and a professional event planner has the experience of which areas where cutting cost is appropriate so is likely to save their clients some unnecessary expense.

Knowledge and experience: a professional event planner has the knowledge of the logistics of planning an event will have built up a great network of suppliers that they can call on, whereas DIY events the planner is likely to struggle to find the right supplier.

 

Stress Level: a professional event planner will take all the headaches that comes with organizing an event leaving their client and guests to enjoy themselves.

 

Time: in the run up to any big event there are so many things that need to be arranged, confirmed or checked, and a professional event planner will be dedicated to doing just that. If a prospective client is planning a DIY event, it can be hard to find the time to fit the planning stages around their normal life, work and family.

 

 

What exactly do you do as a wedding/event planner?

 

This might seem like an obvious question, but it's an important one to ask because each planner works differently and you need to find the one whose process works for you. We coordinate the wedding/event day logistics: telling vendors where to go, being on the phone answering deliveries and questions, and scheduling the day. We also design the event — that is coming up with the look for the wedding/event, find the right partners to bring that vision to life and help you work through budgets and contracts.

 

How involved will my event planner be?

 

We value that every event is unique and individuality and personality are of paramount importance in creating a memorable experience; we will be there from conception to completion, keeping you very much involve.
